I'm starting to get a creepily familiar feeling... like back in the web 1.0 bubble when every business started dot-comming itself as if that was all it took to create value for customers. I guess the relatively low barrier to entry on social media site creation allows us our current fertile "explore every social networking niche" Cambrian explosion, but when will the long tail wither and fall off? I'm looking for some good old-fashioned natural selection.

Thanks for doing the research so I don't have to, Frank.
