It didn’t seem that long ago when Web 1.0 was fresh and the “experienced” guys had had to hire a translator (i.e. a 20-something Web guru) to help sort things out. After over ten years of marketing technology products, data and services, and trying all of the tricks in the interactive book, I’ve discovered a whole new world of innovative social media.

I could of hired one of the those fancy social media gurus but I’ve always been a hands on guy so a blog seemed to make sense.  I envisioned Tangyslice as a forum to test, question and discuss these innovative channels as they relate to online marketing.  For color, I’ll also add a few snarky things about managing a fast-growing technology company and life in Boston.

So what do you think?

Any stories to share?

Things you think are cool?

Or just a waste of VC-invested pension fund money?

Come join the conversation.  And stay tangy my friend…
